I come to find out that celery juice has A BUNCH of wonderful benefits and EVERYONE I mean everyone should be adding it into their diet.

Now, let me be honest here. It took a little bit for me to get used to the taste and honestly, I cannot do just straight celery juice. I usually have to add in some other fruits and vegetables to give it a better taste. However, after drinking it for about 5-7 days you get used to the taste of celery juice and with the difference it makes your body feel I know for a fact that you will start to crave it!

Difference between eating vs drinking

Juicing has a number of benefits compared to simply eating the celery. Some of the advantages include the ability to extract and consume larger amounts of nutrients in a single drink compared to normal eating. Also, the juicing process allows the body to absorb more of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients from celery. This is because juicing breaks down the cell walls of the foods, releasing the nutrients and making them much easier for the body to digest. Additionally, juicing helps to make getting the recommended daily number of fruits and vegetables much more convenient and attainable for many people.

Is celery juice something people should stick to long term?

Yes, celery juice can be enjoyed as part of an overall healthy lifestyle for the long-term. Regular consumption of celery juice can help to maintain overall health, boosting the body’s nutritional intake, reducing inflammation, improving digestion, and even preventing cancer. Alternative, celery juice can be cycled with other healthy juices like orange, green apple, and carrot juice to ensure the body is receiving a variety of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
